Rebecca Russom was our agent for both the sale of our prior home and the purchase of our new home. She was honest and upfront on the items we needed to update to make our home more marketable to a larger audience. And made sure that our home was picture perfect and turnkey ready for the buyer. She was also knowledgeable and understanding as we looked for our new home. She spent countless weekends with my husband and I viewing areas and homes in the metroplex that would meet our needs and expectations. We had some idea of the areas we thought would be good, but Rebecca opened our eyes to even more possibilities. Tanya with LIV Realty was just who I wanted in my corner when it came to selling our house. She gave good, realistic advice as to how to get our home ready to put on the market. She had beautiful, professional pictures taken of home to post online. She thoroughly understood the contracts and had our best interests in mind throughout negotiations. Zaynab is not like any other agent. She is so dedicated to her job and offers all she has to keep the client happy and satisfied. She virtually showed us so many houses (over video calls) and offered her advice and honest views. As she grew up in Dallas, she knows the market so well, the good neighborhoods and the best areas to live in. We completely trusted her to find our dream house in Texas. Aline Gomez was amazing and made the homebuying process very easy for me and my family. As a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous but thankfully Aline made every step of the homebuying process easy and comfortable. I fell in love with the first home I saw and it would’ve been an easy sell for Aline. But because she is an honest person, she steered me away because she knew that house had significant foundation issues. Not only that, she had my back through many problems I had during the inspection and made sure that I got what was promised.
